A standout in the industry, Paula Jo Taylor was named one of Guitar World Magazine’s Top 10 Female Guitarist and showcased her skills at the 2019 summer NAMM show booth in Nashville. Her unforgettable performance at the 2017 summer NAMM went viral, earning over 6 million views .

Her powerful playing caught the attention of Motley Crue’s bass player, Nikki Sixx, who dubbed her the "Viral Granny Guitarist" and featured her on his L.A. radio station Sixx Sense.

The video has been widely shared by Guitar World Magazine, Guitar Player Magazine, Society of Rock, NAMM and hundreds of iHeart Radio Stations across the country. It broadcast on major television networks nationwide including as well as the Glenn Beck show as well as iHeart Radio Stations.

A seasoned performer, Paula Jo began her musical journey at just 7 years old on her father Joe Taylor’s live weekly radio show. She then went on to open for legends such as Johnny Cash, Ernest Tubb, George Jones and Hank Williams, Jr. She also co-hosted a PBS variety show with her father.

Paula Jo’s extensive versatility extends beyond the stage—she has written comedy songs that were recorded by major label artists and featured by iconic DJ’s Bob and Tom. She has shared stages with artists such as Jeannie C. Riley, Tanya Tucker, Blake Shelton and has appeared with Cledus T. Judd in a TV pilot for Comedy Central. She also performed on the Warner Brothers Showcase Stage during CMA Fest in Nashville.
